      Supportive and Inspirational Founder/CEO, Driven Workforce, Rewards Employee Loyalty, Encourages and Nurtures Progression, & Fantastic Results Driven Products. Having worked for Rodial for 7.5 years, I can only say positive things about the company. Rodial has been consistently supportive. I have always felt motivated when at work, and encouraged by my colleagues to flourish within a workplace which rewards loyalty and hard work. The Rodial products are also absolutely fantastic, which certainly helps keep my skin in check!

      Pros

      I absolutely love working for Rodial. I have flexibility and control of my days/times as long as we are productive. No micromanaging due to the amount of trust that is given from employer to employee and visa versa. Management gives all tools needed for success along with all the knowledge needed. Communication is great from all levels. We are all a team and work as a team not as individuals. We are so supported in all we do with ideas and the ability to be creative. Best company I have ever worked for.
