Pros
Great communication between all levels of employees. Fun environment. Good advancement opportunities. Great location! Benefits are wonderful and the administration is very family-oriented.
Cons
One of the only cons of working at Rodgers Townsend is that its owned by a parent company which has a bad habit of implementing changes which may not have been thought all the way through and end up causing a lot of stress.
