Pros
They provide good working hours. Majority of clinicians are lovely to work with. Uniform is provided. Discount and cash back platform.
Cons
The pay is low- especially with energy prices increasing and cost of living rising. Little appreciation for the amount of work you provide. Emails are very much generalised and nothing seems heartfelt or personal- in terms of praise. Managers don't have enough authority.
