Great company - Accountant Rodefer Moss & Co Employee Review

My time at RFM has been great! I started as a tax intern for 2025 before being asked to stay year-round to continue learning more and to prepare myself for when I graduate college with my BBA in Accounting. Extremely flexible between my other job, college classes and my outside requirements.

Being a tax related job, tax season is especially busy, but as long as I clocked my contracted hours per week, I was able to pretty much work as I pleased as long as I was maintaining solid progress against the ever-growing amounts of returns
