Pros
Good work life balance. They have treated me well in all my years working there. From being PT to acting manager and now Casual, jumping in as acting manager during time off from my job at a school. They support me and are able to reach out to higher management if required.
Cons
It did take a long time for the female staff to have the same benefits as male co-workers (free shirts per season). There are not enough hours given to some stores so a manager cannot have help on major stock days or conference calls. Also some stock disparity throughout some of the stores. Requiring our customers to wait/ travel to another store meaning missed sales.
