      Pros

      - Great chocolate, and an iconic British brand due to Founder’s involvement and passion. - Lovely atmosphere in the shops when I was there.

      Cons

      - Taken over by new management a few years back who has no clue what he’s doing and has no basic social skills or business acumen to ever understand. - No training (not even the CEO had any product knowledge). - Very few likeable people in Head Office. - Rarely get paid on time, or the right amount.

      Good brand renown for it's quality. Very relaxed environment although sometimes hectic.

      Cons

      Offices blame the stores and team members for their lack of professional acumen and lose money on poor management.
