Pros

Everyone here is very friendly which creates a very comfortable and collaborative working environment - people from different departments/areas often work together and are quick to support their fellow colleagues. Many people that you work with - from the upper management to sales to the technical staff - are industry experts that are really loyal and dedicated to the company. Everyone is really highly-skilled and they have a lot to offer - you will definitely gain a lot of insight about the industry and your profession by working with them! The CEO really cares about his employees, and people at all levels of the company see him as a respected leader who is leading the company towards a promising future.

Cons

The location of the company is in a somewhat rural area which can be far especially if you live in the more central parts of Denver. With that said, it is a very nice and beautiful area!

Pros

Great transparency with management and ownership Potential for rapid growth in responsibilities (if you want it) Incredibly diverse industry exposure Stability is bar none the best I've heard of Honestly, RMI has been a great place to work. It's the kind of employer people come back to, and many have. Several employees are friends, and many are family members. Management is unusually transparent, and success is rewarded.

Cons

Pay is usually on the lower end of the spectrum Remote work is largely not available due to security issues
