Pros

Pays on time and have a good tracking system to add your work done.

Cons

They don't have good communication between them, or the person in charge of give you information about something, directly forget, so, there's no importance to the employee. You could be waiting a few days to get assigned to a client, until you realise that they won't call you. When your time it's off with them, they cut you all the access, even if you have something to get paid, you have to keep direct contact (email, whatsapp) from someone that could help. I think will not be always to everyone, but that was my experience.

Pros

1. Fair Compensation – Competitive rates and timely payments. 2. Quality Clients – Engaging and professional clients. 3. Structured Hiring Process – Well-defined selection and onboarding process. 4. Challenging & Interesting Projects – Opportunities to work on diverse and stimulating tasks.

Cons

1. Lack of Technical Leadership – Developers lack proper guidance and mentorship. 2. Reactive Project Management – Project managers only get involved when issues arise, with little proactive client follow-up. 3. Responsibility Shift – Full-time employees delegate client follow-ups to part-timers instead of handling them as expected. 4. Disregard for Part-Time Agreements – Despite initial agreements, full-timers and PMs expect part-timers to be available outside their agreed work hours (e.g., requesting work in the morning and afternoon when nights were agreed upon). 5. Poor Communication – Employees are not informed about contract endings and only realize it when access to company resources (e.g., email) is revoked.
