Pros

Lots of company sponsored activities like free pizza Fridays, Happy Hours, bowling nights and in office mini golf. Management is very open and communicative, they really take time out of their busy day to train and speak with you(when they can as its very busy) Overall all employees are very friendly and its a comfortable atmosphere. Room for career pathing as I personally begun here a year ago and have already received a promotion - most managers have been at Rockit for many years and started at the bottom. COO is extremely personable and knows all employees by name. Laid back culture, dress code is casual and overall environment is laxed. It can have stressful times of month being a financial company but its made up for with benefits.

Cons

Company is expanding so lots of new hires that need attention, sort of like a double edge sword as it is hard to find the time to train while keeping up with workflow. Owned by Fi-Tek who's headquarters are in NJ and hardly see any staff from there. Does not have internal HR(it is outsourced) and barely approachable or around when you need something.

Pros

Good benefits overall, with three different tiers to choose from and a decent 401(k) match. It’s also a good place to learn the absolute basics and fundamentals of the industry; because the tech is older, you actually have to learn how everything works from the ground up.

Cons

It's a very siloed environment where departments don't really talk to each other, and the culture is lacking. The tech and workflows are pretty far behind the times. Management structure is also confusing—since there is a lack of clear leadership at the very top (no definitive CEO), everything has to be escalated to the executive team just to get a decision. Don't expect much from the annual bonuses either, as they are consistently low
