      A network of good schools with decent pay for the region

      Cons

      Principal was highly problematic, but instead of getting fired, she was promoted to Central Office. Current Superintendent isn't a good fit as he lacks creativity, innovation, and advocacy for teachers, so the district is stalling out.

      Great Strategic Superintendent and School Board. Dr. Shotwell is an awesome Superintendent. I pray they next person will continue with his vision.

      Do not have to lesson plan Friendly teachers and staff

      Cons

      Some schools have teachers that stick to each other, no outsiders The city kids are a bit rougher to classroom manage than the country kids
