      Great bonuses, and a semi-relaxed work environment. The company cares about their workers even though they may not always show it.

      Cons

      Really low paying job considering you are making cables and chains that peoples lives depend on. You wear many different hats and are told to deal with it.

      get to listen to music on headphones, work at your own pace, small shop

      Cons

      lots of micro managing, favoritism, no raise. no chance of of moving up the ladder, rules don’t apply to everyone and lots of negative women.
