Cons
Company puts a lot of resources into getting clients, but fails to treat them well after signing. Up to six employees are fired two weeks before the end of every quarter "to make numbers" when dissatisfied clients leave. Senior leaders actually encourage a gossip-fueled, back-stabbing middle-school culture because it makes the junior employees "hungry"
