      Pros

      Toxic leadership culture at the all levels.... staying here feels like career suicide.

      Cons

      honestly... working here is like walking on eggshells every single day. the CPO is a total bully... just super aggressive and confrontational for no reason. everyone is basically too scared to even speak up in meetings. and the CTO is almost worse because he’s so "gentle" about it... he speaks so softly but the stuff he actually says is just harsh and belittling. it’s like a velvet hammer... you feel dismissed even when he’s being "quiet." there’s zero coaching here, just scolding... innovation is dead and staying here feels like career suicide... literally avoid this place if you can.

      Pros

      Nice people. Service works well. Leadership seem to be good people. Some upward mobility due to growth.

      Cons

      Low pay relative to the industry. A ton of competitors in the space. Hiring process is stunningly long (5 interviews) for a manager job that has a base salary of around $80K and an OTE of $120K for overseeing a team of 8-10 people. Upward mobility is not as attractive if you cannot retain talent due to the comp shortfall. Series C - nothing is guaranteed long-term so performance is required to stay.
