-Extremely disorganized interview process - made me wait an hour despite arriving on time -Poor time management and lack of preparation from HR team -Unprofessional communication - completely ghosted test assessment submission -Lengthy, exhausting interview process (5 interviews in one day) with no follow-up -Appears to prioritize hiring younger employees (The company is filled with mostly Gen Zs. My assumption is seems like they like to recruit Gen Zs, saying that their energy is great, But i think its just because Gen Zs are cheaper and can still be stirred around) -No respect for candidates' time and effort
