Pros

Good office. A few networking opportunities

Cons

- Overworked and underpaid. - Horrible work life balance, you will be working around the clock just to meet deadlines. - Owner is a piece of work and is not afraid to cross boundaries and say innappropriate things. Walks around on his high horse and will ask you to do outlandish favors and tasks for him. - Management is beyond condescending, expects the world of you, will not give you any positive feedback, and make you beg for an annual raise. If things are not going according to plan, expect to be screamed at in the office in front of people. - Management is full of people who had no real previous experience, but somehow ended up there and stuck around long enough to become managers and boss people around but they have no idea how real functioning companies do it. - Almost ZERO diversity. - account managers get paid more than the creatives and people that actually produce the work. - huge pay gaps between different employees with the same job titles.

Pros

People genuinley care, are friendly, collaborative, and passionate about the work. It feels like a place where your contributions actually matter.

Cons

The digital marketing industry is going through a real shift right now, and there have been some missteps as the company tries to reinvent itself and adapt. But the intent is clearly good and leadership genuinely cares about getting it right.

Pros

Great co-workers who really cared, but does not make up for the lack of leadership and overall unclear direction of company/upper leadership…listen to all the other poor reviews, they are not exaggerating one bit.

Cons

Leadership is constantly changing direction. Early 2026 a ton of tenured employees and 90% of senior leadership (including the CEO) all resigned. As of May 2026, I’ve seen additional tenured employees leave via LinkedIn. “Senior Leadership” has been anything but that and pushed out all the good employees because of unclear constant change with no clear direction. Constant changes led to a general distrust of any “Senior” positions…in less than a years time I saw 2 agency “restructures” and almost (if not) 30-50% of the staff turnover. If you’re thinking of joining the team…just don’t
