      You get to work a lot which helps you learn a lot.

      Cons

      1. Lots of work stress 2. No appreciation 3. Very toxic management 4. No team building activities 5. Peoples at management are service based 6. Don't join the TE team specially web as the manager is very bad. 7. Why we have to cancel leaves for the sake of poor management.

      Pros

      Leadership team is transparent and approachable. Not several layers of management. Remote-first work environment. Colleagues are respectful and friendly.

      Cons

      Because there are not a lot of layers of management, growth opportunity is limited.
