      Great company, Great benefits - including unlimited PTO, Sick time, holidays, health vision and dental insurance, etc. Management is also very understanding and helpful.

      Cons

      The pay is a little low for the amount of work done. Processes change very often.

      Leadership team is transparent and approachable. Not several layers of management. Remote-first work environment. Colleagues are respectful and friendly.

      Cons

      Because there are not a lot of layers of management, growth opportunity is limited.
