      Management only speaks and no on the ground implementation of sympathy trust humanity and other BS they talk about everyday.. very strange and hasty layoff decisions

      Leadership team is transparent and approachable. Not several layers of management. Remote-first work environment. Colleagues are respectful and friendly.

      Cons

      Because there are not a lot of layers of management, growth opportunity is limited.
