      Company has clear goals and is very customer focused. Customer's are routinely interviewed for how they like Rocket and all feedback is acted upon

      There are not really any specific cons compared to any other medium sized company

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
