      - don't expect large pay bumps - expect more help from developers than your team - CEO and leadership only care about themselves and shareholders. They make this very clear in town halls

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
