      Pros

      Rocket has some great employees doing great work. They are a fun team to work with and get things done. I will miss this aspect when i leave

      Cons

      Salary is (well) below market rate. Once you are in Rocket there are no payrises. This is something the CEO seems proud of. HR is of the nature 'The problem is with you, not us'. This gets tiring Outlook is grim. Sales declining. No sensible plan to reverse this

      Pros

      Leadership team is transparent and approachable. Not several layers of management. Remote-first work environment. Colleagues are respectful and friendly.

      Cons

      Because there are not a lot of layers of management, growth opportunity is limited.
