      Benefits are acceptable, pay is reasonable, the technical and first level management staff tend to be very good, and decent human beings.

      Cons

      Mainframes? Really? Is that where you want to be? Noisy, open plan office. Dreadful traffic if you commute anytime close to typical rush hours.

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
