Pros
Apart from a few exceptions, the people at Rocket are great. The culture is honest, smart, funny and collaborative. My management has been awesome, giving me support when necessary while respecting my experience and expertise. Senior management has been good about having frequent & regular communication recent changes w/in the company.
Cons
The company is experiencing some growing pains that has led to employee turn-over, which has had an impact on morale.
