      3rd day into the job and I hear talk of layoffs in the hallways Company has and continues to let go developers and Q/A people, some authors of products

      Leadership team is transparent and approachable. Not several layers of management. Remote-first work environment. Colleagues are respectful and friendly.

      Cons

      Because there are not a lot of layers of management, growth opportunity is limited.
