Pros

I’ve been at Rocket SaaS for just under a year, and I’ve absolutely loved being part of such a welcoming and friendly team. Everyone is young, motivated, and genuinely supportive, which makes coming to work enjoyable every day. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help, so you’re constantly learning and developing your skills. The variety of clients we work with keeps each day interesting, and while the environment is fast-paced, it’s the perfect place to grow professionally. There are also clear opportunities for promotion, so it’s exciting to be part of the business as it scales. The company socials are a really fun, we've played Rounders in St James’ Park, go for regular pub drinks and have monthly quizzes. We also have fun evenings out at activity bars like Petanque and Quiz Boxing. They really help build a sense of camaraderie and make the team feel close-knit. Office life is great too. We all come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, setting up base at the WeWork outside Waterloo Station, which has its own rooftop bar, free drinks, and even brand pop-ups from Gails, Lush, and Gaucho.

Cons

As the company grows, some processes are still being refined, but this also provides an opportunity to contribute ideas and shape how the business operates.

Pros

Pros: Strong leadership: The leadership team is both inspiring and accessible. They set clear direction while empowering teams to execute. Accountability done right: There are solid systems in place that create accountability without micromanagement. You know what's expected, and there's support to help you deliver. Positive atmosphere: The vibe here is collaborative and fun. People actually seem to enjoy working together, which isn't always a given. Well-organized: Processes and systems are thoughtfully designed, which helps everyone work more efficiently. Overall: If you're looking for a company with strong culture, clear systems, and leadership that actually inspires, Rocket Saas is worth considering. Four months in, I'm glad I made the move.

Cons

Still early in my tenure, so I'm continuing to learn the full scope of growth opportunities and long-term career paths here.

Pros

Great team culture, good people, leadership with EQ, and working alongside true experts in the B2B SaaS industry.

Cons

The only con for new remote staff is that the learning curve can be slower than in the office, but that is to be expected, so be patient with yourself.
