      - You are given all the tools you need to do your job well - Desk set up is top notch - You are given purpose - The autonomy to do what needs to be done - Team lunches - Everyone is actually happy to be there - No place to work in DSM like this - Can talk with leadership easily - Plenty of work to be done - Opportunities to lead

      - Honestly not even sure - There are no cons to being here that are not common to a company that is growing fast

      Pros

      An awesome place to work that feels like family. The whole team is very talented, creative and caring. We get a lot done and we have fun while at it. Great benefits, very flexible, most of us work remotely. Casual dress code and a full gym just for employees on site. The best job I have ever had! Prepare to be a rockstar at what you do, mediocrity is not tolerated here.
