Great mission and passionate teams. The company is scaling up rapidly while retaining a lot of the quick thinking and fiercely efficient instincts from the beginning. You quickly get opportunities to be trusted with key projects and initiatives, and the number of stakeholders isn't that large so things keep moving. Overall, great people all driven to make it happen. I'm constantly amazed by all the cool things we are working on in so many different parts of the launch and space systems units.
