Support from the management is very good they recognise the hidden capabilities of an individual and try to explore that, which in deed very useful for the concern employees.

Lot of things to do .

They will treat you like animal. They are paying you, so you should be ready to do anything by putting your self-respect aside. Management will never appreciate your work. They will not listen VT your are saying. Even the vendors are not happy with the company.
