      Pros

      Great communication. If you have to speak with a customer service representative, they are very easy to get a hold of. I was thanked by them for some challenging loan closing, which is a nice personal touch.

      Cons

      Title Source has integrated receiving and accepting jobs by using their new app. Sometimes the alerts on my phone may be delayed, and another notary signing agent gets there first.

      Pros

      The benefits are great. Close proximity to downtown.

      Cons

      Compensation doesn’t align with the performance expectations. Poor work life balance because it is hard to get time off. Overtime can become extreme with people having to work three weekends per month. Opportunities for advancement are practically impossible as positions are reserved for those who are already in leadership.
