Pros
The team was all young and ambitious - very hard working. They are still getting some of the "corporate" organizational things in place, but I'd bet on them for sure. They move fast and think big...impressively big. I'd go back if I was local. We had an 87 NPS score while I was there.
Cons
They move fast - often driven by management's excitement about the product...but it can lead to a lot of pressure.
