There are many pros to Rockers Technology 1. Flexible timing 2. Welcoming environment 3. Learning Opportunities

The cons are more as compared to the pros 1. The project manager is very toxic in person, you cannot reason with him, he will make you responsible for his actions. (Most of the employees have left due to him) 2. The company's timing, i.e. 9hr/day, is a very weak policy, it affects your personal life as well. 3. The environment is very controlled. 4. There are salary timing issues, and they blame it on the client. 5. Work done by you is measured on time and not the quality of it. 6. The worst of all is 2/3 month notice period if you want to switch the job! This is really stingy

Working Atmosphere is good., No work burden, Salary on time .

You have to bond for 1 year otherwise survived 3 months notice period, Typical huu. Forget about increment after year, You are lucky if you have big project while your increment time. They are master in negotiations. HR Policy is worst.
