Really wants to see staff grow, happy to invest in your career development. There are plenty of team and personal training sessions. The business is open to new ideas and eager to push themselves to the next level. I have been given a lot of support to execute my initiatives. We are very well looked after, stocked kitchen, Friday drinks trolley, morning tea, social events, gym discounts, blood drive, nap rooms. The People Experience team do so much to support us! The vision at exec level is super exciting, looking forward to seeing what the future holds
Cons
Some areas of the business are very risk adverse and stuck in their ways - this is changing though! Exec vision isn't always passed down that well, much of the business doesn't get to see the vision.
