Pros

The people are some of the most motivated, driven, and eager people that I have met and worked with in the past few years. Management truly cares about their employees and listens when they have concerns. Work with great clients, and really value long lasting relationships vs just being in it for the placement fee.

Cons

I really can't think of any cons that are company specific. The only thing I can come up with is this area at night isn't my favorite of that in San Francisco.

Pros

- The founders have massive networks in tech which keeps the client pipeline consistently strong. New clients and new roles come every week. It's gonna keep you super busy! And you make good money from it:-) - A great place to learn recruiting fundamentals. The company invests a lot in training, tech conferences, and networking events. It's a healthy environment with tons of resources for individuals to grow. - Very different from the 'recruiting agency' you usually would imagine, people are NOT intense at all and the office is quite relaxing. The pressure is always from yourself (when you don't perform well...), and your mentors will for sure help you do better as long as you are motivated and willing to try.

Cons

- I really liked the people I worked with at RockIT, but the company culture was a bit too 'young' to me at the end of the day. It's definitely a fun place for juniors to 'work hard, play hard' together though. - Too many team managers/partners. For a small size company like RockIT it is absolutely unnecessary. In addition, some of them are not quite qualified in my opinion. - I wish across the board members and founders could have had more transparent communications without the manager layer. I personally did a lot which helped me stay motivated and happy.
