Pros

Had many opportunities to work on both digital and print campaigns, as a junior designer I learned a lot from it (instagram posts, outdoors, mupis, bracelets, conference presentations, and so on).

Cons

- Lack of planning and overall basic workflow management; - Marketing leader does not care at all about his workers mental health: constant shouting, bullying and forcing workers to do extra hours without being paid accordingly. - You enter as a freelancer, but expected to do a normal 9 to 5 job (they say some weeks are heavier than others, depending on the campaigns) but working from 9am to 2am is expected to be normal in Rock in Rios culture when the festival is closer, and you can't do anything about it and your are definitely being underpaid for the amount of work they expect you to do. - Mental Health is not prioritized AT ALL - a lot of workers are severely burned out, without having any kind of help from the company, they just don't care. Some people stay in this company through many years and still this company won't give them contracts. - They run by "we are all a family" values, but at the end of the day it is a facade. This company is severely mistreating his workers, specially with the marketing team leader on the spot right now. - Almost no one has a contract, even some leaders (they don't have basic access to health insurance, subsidies, meal card, etc)
