Shift work, you see a lot of bad things

It was great for a first time security guard or quick job in between jobs. You could earn a lot of OT.

Horrible company to work for. They would hold your paycheck, or W-2 until they got their uniform back. They would deduct from your check if it wasn't dry cleaned. There was a lot of favoritism and fraud going on. A lot of the paychecks would bounce their manager carmalita would send all the bank and cash checking companies to her vm. She would refuse to answer. When I asked for help due to her bullying and attitude towards me, I got no help. Even managers tried to get me on shifts where I didn't have to deal with her, she refused. She refused to be wrong. She would bully other employees this way, while she was able to do what she wanted and when all the time. The owner was a nice man, but oblivious to her wrong doings. They would over book or couldn't find decent guards to cover shifts. They let other guards/managers play pretend cops at the weekly stays. They would let their officers out themselves in danger and do nothing. They would force retirement on older security guards who just wanted part time at a quiet location. Plus they would pay only minimum wage.
