Remote work was not available when needed for personal life accommodations, if this would have been available to me, I would have never left the company.
The employees are good people. There are a lot of friendly, supportive, and experienced people in all departments.
Cons
Hours for many in production roles have been cut. Some are no longer receiving 40 hours at all. 50-60 hours per week was the norm for many years. People are being terminated for little to no reason. My most talented know something isn't right and are leaving. I don't know if this place will even be here by the end of this year.
