      Insurance and nice coworkers and campus.

      Cons

      Distribution is a joke. Promotions created from thin air and his little minions put in them. No promotions are posted so actually qualified people can apply. Supervisors hiding and taking pictures of people on their cell phones. Very creepy behavior. Everyone looking to leave after January 1st. HR is a revolving door. Owners know what's going on but don't care. Much more but you get the point. You and your family deserve better.

      Good starting pay, good PTO

      Cons

      Atrocious management that will move the goalpost conastantly. The only way to force HR to follow through on their promises is to consistently threaten to quit. Raises are terrible as well, often less than 10-15 cents per year.
