      Solid starting salary, easy onboarding process, great colleagues, solid professional development opportunities

      Cons

      My principal was more focused on appeasing parents than supporting me as a teacher. We bent over backwards to keep parents from complaining and simultaneously compromised our standards and integrity doing so.
