Enjoyed the other staff i worked with.

Admin is a joKe. No raises. (No actual inncrease in yearly pay)Alternative facts are often stated as truths. Words are oft used to mislead. As a staff, if you dont agree on issues and are vocal about it, you are targeted.

Pay was decent, as compared to other local options.

The administration is very clique-y, and picks and chooses their "besties". What's worse, is that when a true professional issue arises, they pick and choose which school policies and laws they want to uphold depending on how much extra "work" it will cause them.
