      Pros

      Nice high end furniture store that barely sells anything, employees have a lot of spare time , not much to do.

      Cons

      Hard to spend 8 hours pretending that you have work to do. Owner is nice but under complete spell off mentally unstable accountant who creates very toxic and stressful environment by treating employees in very unpleasant manner. That makes people leave often and shortly after been hired. Don’t even waist your time considering to apply to work here.

      Pros

      Overall, the work environment is excellent, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Once you reach management levels, there are also chances to travel nationally and internationally. Annual bonuses and raises are consistent, which is a great benefit.

      Cons

      Certain functions do not have a clear career path available.
