Good work life balance for people with kids. Able to work and balance all those things that come up in life.
Cons
Partners vs. 'everyone else' mentality. No sense of inclusion in any strategic decision making. Poor leadership as a result of too many committees and group think. Not enough people to execute on ideas...too many chiefs not enough Indians problem. Partners openly note that Analysts are expected to leave which is not desirable.
