      The organization does great work for the youth including mentoring, instilling Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, parenting classes, field trips, etc. Executive Vice President was approachable, compassionate and dynamic.

      Cons

      Toxic company culture in the Hartford location. Leadership was demeaning and condescending. Cliquey environment, Sparse/sporadic training. Lots of pressure to connect with high caseloads of youth,

      Pros

      Working at Roca, Inc. was a very rewarding experience. The population you interact with daily are smart young men and women with a great deal of untapped potential, and helping them achieve their goals was one of the most rewarding moments of my career.

      As a nonprofit, the pay is limited.
