SLT that doesn't care about its employees Heavy focus on money, not on employee wellbeing Heavy reduction in staff whilst taking on new customers Company feels fake Doesn't take on board any feedback given Barely any pay increases, feel like you have to fight to even match inflation Left hand often doesn't know what the right is doing Failure by SLT to pay attention to what lower level management is saying Failure by SLT to pay attention to their employees Company used to be very flexible in enabling their employees to go above & beyond, however due to reduction in staff this is no longer possible Heavy mismanagement, poor planning on company changes that result in issues across areas of the business and needless stress placed on employees
