Pros

Good office location and other team members

Cons

For a company that claims to be built on integrity and family values, none of this is tanslated into practice. Stress levels are incredibly high as you are constantly micromanaged and set unmeetable KPIs. You are then publicly scrutinised for not having hit these on a daily basis. I have seen people break down in tears and also saw a consultant Let go two days before Christmas, loosing their December commission and pay cheque. This company Doesnt support its employees and couldn't care less about them. You will be seen as a recruitment robot with no chance to have a life outside of work and no emotions. The hours are incredibly long and working on a weekend is not only encouraged but actually expected. You will be expected to stay at work at night until you have met your KPIs. The recruitment practices carried out are unethical with consultants being targeted to take 30 references a month purely as a selling technique. The candidate experience is incredibly poor and this does not seem to be a concern for management. Managers lack training and are scared of the CEO that they do little but micromanage. In terms of the other reviews, it seems incredibly unlikely to me that many of these can be legitimate when there are many left on the same day with five stars given and very little detail. Honestly I can't say it strongly enough, don't work here, there are so many other agencies out there where you will feel valued, taught ethicical recruitment methods and able to have a work life balance.

Pros

I had such a warm welcome and have really enjoyed my first six months here. Colleagues that care about their job and work hard. Really fun environment. If you are willing to work hard and have a positive outlook you can have a lot of autonomy here instead of being micromanaged like some other agencies.

Cons

No cons to speak of as a newbie
