      Pros

      The team is very friendly and their technical expertise is top notch. The company puts its team first. For exampke during the COVID-19 pandemic the company reacted quickly and efficiently to ensure team safety first and continued operations second.

      Cons

      There are not major cons. It's a startup so there is still some major changes happening but hopefully they're for the best.

      - Good technical exposure - You get a sense of ownership of the projects - Capable senior engineers

      Cons

      - chaotic managent - work on weekends and constant overtime work (This is the norm there) - old tech stack that they never tries to replace - low salaries (salary of mid level dev is below the salary of a junior at other companies)
