Pros

Free lunches, unlimited sick time and PTO. They have good benefits.

Cons

Robustwealth for the first year was great, then things started to go downhill after the new year. Development was having too many issues because they lacked the capacity to get a lot done; not their fault. Programming debt filled up and the platform became inconsistent. I don't think it's anyone's fault, but managements. Every team put in their effort, but things got lost in translation. There was a disconnect between teams. I felt the early employees who joined Robustwealth had free passes for mistakes they made. Management overlooked it because they were there since the beginning. They never took action against those people, while the newcomers got in trouble for issues that were there before their time. Maybe because there are a lot of strongly opinionated personalities there. Robustwealth also never paid fair enough compared to the market. I felt they undervalue you and pay you less than what you're worth. You can't afford to live on a midwest salary on the east coast. If you are going to get top talent, you need to pay them top dollar, otherwise, they will leave. I felt the company lacked growth. After people started leaving they never filled the roles. We didn't even have an HR department! They left to get better-paying jobs. While I liked working with a lot of the people, it was time to move on. I don't think the company will grow any more than it has. It will eventually be taken over by their parent company and everyone will have either quit or been terminated. More people will leave if they haven't already.

Pros

Flexible atmosphere, great culture, great team players.

Cons

C-Level was chaotic and misaligned in terms of direction. Parent company didn't see the value in the business growth and absorbed the technology for their own label.
