      Pros

      Pay is good. Materials had nice people. Inside sales and quotes have good people also. Production associates are awesome people to have work for you.

      Cons

      Don't take any time off if you've been there less than a year, even with a doctor's excuse. You'll be fired. Employees are too scared to make reports against a certain supervisor because they will be retaliated against.
