Technical Director - Senior Consultant Robovent Employee Review

This is an interesting review. This specific individual signed a non-compete, but then started his own business in order to do engineering for a main competitor... The very interesting things is this company was started in his wife's name so we wouldn't notice, 3 months before he quit working for us. Subsequently RoboVent filed suit and the court immediately issued him a "stop-work order" since it was so blatant. Clearly this review is a retaliation attempt.
