Pros

The robot is cool I guess. It was sad to go, because most of my colleagues were very nice, talented, and came from all around the world. I will miss you! As for my bosses... I can say I learned a lesson in how NOT to treat, lead or motivate people.

Cons

Upper management sees no problem with taking advantage of students and bending the law if it saves them a few pennies: they know we won't do anything about it, just quit silently as soon as we decide to value our self-worth or get a better offer. And you will get better offers: the pay is so low that it is not enough to survive in Munich... certainly not enough for the skills they ask. You would earn more working as a cashier, and at least your time off-schedule would be respected. Middle management prefers to compete between themselves rather than collaborate, and work quality suffers greatly as a result. Also, be prepared to be forced to work overtime during your exam period, and if you get sick, then tough luck. You won't get paid if you're too sick to work remotely.
