Ability to work from home frequently, nice office size, friendly environment

There were several young and enthusiastic people at RoboteX; now there are a fewer of them. The pay and benefits at RoboteX are good.

The company was expanding rapidly a year ago. Recently, objectives changed and several employees were laid off. The company appointed a new manager and now it appears that more conservative plans are being made behind closed doors. Employees are not given transparency into what is going on, but with these layoffs the writing is on the wall.
